  • Payment failed or cancelled?

    In case of payment failure or cancelled, please retry and initiate the payment again. If money has been deducted from your account, refund will be initiated automatically after 24 hrs.

  • Payment code generated successfully.

    Once your payment code is generated, please show it to the store billing cashier and complete your payment. The payment code is valid only for first 24 hrs.

  • Payment code issue?

    Please ensure that the bill amount entered and paid by you on the app and bill amount on the billing POS are same. If the amount is different, the code will not work. In such cases, you can initiate a fresh payment with the correct bill amount. The earlier amount paid will be refunded automatically after 24 hrs.

  • How many SuperCoins can I redeem?

    You can either use 100% of your SuperCoins OR pay your bill without using any SuperCoins. For Redemption of SuperCoin, an OTP from Flipkart will come for every redemption.

  • Scratch Card Issue?

    For every successful transaction, you will get a Scratch Card with a Surprise reward. Please tap on the card to reveal your surprise reward. For offer added, you can use the offer code as per the T&C on the partner app/website/store.

  • Instant Discount / Offer

    If you see an offer, you can apply the same after entering your bill amount. Check Minimum bill amount requirement and other T&C of the offer for more information
